Aera

How it works

A clear rhythm, one week at a time.

Aera turns pulmonary rehabilitation into a simple daily routine you can keep up with at home — and a weekly structure that builds gently as you go.

The weekly rhythm

A program that builds with you.

Each week introduces a little more — new breathing techniques, gentle activity, and education — at a pace designed to be sustainable.

Weeks 1–2

Find your footing

Learn the core breathing techniques and your daily check-in.

Weeks 3–4

Build the habit

Add paced activity and settle into the routine.

Weeks 5–6

Gain confidence

Extend a little further, with your care team watching your trend.

Weeks 7–8

Make it yours

Shape a routine you can carry forward on your own.

A typical day

About five minutes, start to finish.

  1. Check in

A few easy questions about how you feel.

  2. Breathe

    A short, guided breathing exercise.

  3. Move (when ready)

A little paced activity, at your level.

  4. See your day

    Watch your week come together.

Connected to care

Your care team can see how you’re doing.

Your check-ins and progress are organized in one place, ready to share with your clinician — so the work you do at home doesn’t stay siloed.

What you’ll need

Just a phone or tablet.

Aera works in your web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer — no app store required. If you have a fingertip pulse oximeter, you can log your readings too; if not, that’s perfectly fine.
